The provision of information on this website will not constitute any representation, warranty or undertaking (either express or implied) that the information is correct or that the information is current and up to date. The contents are not a substitute for specific advice for your particular circumstances and should not be relied upon as such.

You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process, which you employ for accessing this web site, does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference, which may damage your own computer system. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever suffered as a result of use of this site, inability to use this site, reliance on the information on this site or through directly or indirectly applying information on this site or its services.

If you are using this website or purchasing goods for business purposes, you agree that the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

This website contains price information. If purchasing from outside of New Zealand, the price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.

Enjoi NZ and our partners reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances and Covid 19 or weather conditions at any time. In this case clients will receive an option to reschedule.  Enjoi will honer a 12 month credit note per person for the date they choose to rebook should that date be available.

No-shows, Late-comers or Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are deemed non-refundable. – Please note refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Enjoi NZ.

Cancellations between 2 and 3 days (48 – 72hrs) you receive a 50% refund if applicable.

A $30 per person cancellation fee apply’s to all refunds and rescheduling.

Special conditions apply to all group booking cancellations.

If numbers of attendees drop below the confirmed numbers for group bookings, then you will be liable to pay for the confirmed amount of people.

Pickup details are to be supplied at the time of booking or at the latest by 8:00am the date of departure. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

You can opt to reschedule your booking 48hrs prior the tour date however a $30 per person fee will be incurred.

We require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure group bookings.

Enjoi NZ are following the government Covid 19 guidelines.  All guests are to sign in and show double vaccine passports on arrival.  If we go into lockdown and guests cannot attend their tour we will only be offering a credit note so they can reschedule the tour at a date that suits the guest once the country re-opens (no fees will apply).  We will not be refunding anyone if we are in Red light or similar where the tour can still operate.  Enjoi NZ are happy for you to re-sell or change the attendees booked on the tour.

Credit card payments may incur a 3.5% credit card surcharge.

Passengers must pay for tours prior to embarkation.

To consume alcohol at the venues, passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years of age.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to use alternate (vehicles with extra capacity) and operators.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.

Enjoi NZ is not obliged to refund the price of cancelled bookings.
Passengers who soil or vomit in the vehicles will be charged a cleaning fee of $50-$300. This will either be charged to your credit card or cash payment.

If you prefer to book over the phone we will ask for credit card security at the time of booking and a deposit of 50%. Full payment is required before the tour commences.

Reduced passenger numbers in group bookings will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel a private tour you must inform Enjoi NZ by email.
If you cancel an Enjoi NZ private tour within 7 days you receive NO REFUND. If you cancel an Enjoi NZ private tour between 7 – 30 days you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel an Enjoi Waiheke private tour at 30 days a $100 administration fee applies.

Our tours are specifically designed for the enjoyment of adults. Nobody under the age of 18 years is permitted on our tours unless agreed by Enjoi NZ prior.

Enjoi NZ vehicles are not party vehicles.

The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the vehicles. Intoxicated and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Unruly passengers causing disturbance will be removed from the vehicle, no refunds will be given.

Bringing your own drink’s or food is not allowed in our vehicles.

Enjoi NZ will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Enjoi NZ vehicles have security camera’s operating 24/7. Video footage maybe used at our discretion including evidence, security, and promotional material.

We are not responsible for, and have no knowledge of, or control over the content of, any other websites linked to from this website. Links to other websites are provided for your information and convenience only. We accept no liability for the content of those websites, and the use of any information on any linked website is at your sole risk.

Enjoi NZ respects and maintains your right to privacy.

We do not collect private or personal information from this web site unless you willingly and expressly provide it. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information). Generally, this information is requested when purchasing. Personal information includes: name, address, email and telephone number.

We will not disclose any of your personal information except when: we have your permission it is required for the delivery of our services to you is required by law or in the good fail belief that such action is necessary to protect the users of Enjoi NZ Limited, its clients or the public to alert you to special offers, updated information and other new services.

We will never rent, sell or barter your personal information to a third party for purposes unrelated to your use of our services. We occasionally use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including answering customer questions about products or services, sending mail and processing registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Enjoi NZ Limited may send out periodic e-mails relating to delivery of our services. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information that you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. However, the information submitted via this site once received is held in confidence. Your information will be stored in our customer database and only Enjoi NZ staff or their authorised representatives have access to this database. We may use this information to contact you in response to queries or send you news and information from time to time which we believe may be useful to you.

You may ask us to provide a copy of any personal information we might hold about you and ask that we correct any details that may no longer be correct. This can be done by contacting us.

All day Wifi is restricted to only in Enjoi NZ vehicles.

Enjoi NZ and any other persons expressly indicated on this site, owns or has rights to use all proprietary and intellectual property rights on the site and its contents (including, without limitation, copyright, logos and trade marks). Enjoi NZ welcomes use of this site for your non-commercial use provided that you do not remove any copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the content.

You may not copy, display or redistribute for commercial purposes any portion of the information on this site without our express permission. Enjoi NZ and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied rights to use materials on this site. If anyone is rude while on tour then we reserve the right to cancelled their tour without a refund. Please note that we are not held responsible for someone else’s actions while on tour.

Please bring appropriate I.D while on tour. If you are asked and you fail to provide it then you could be asked to leave the tour without a full refund.
